1. About StoryLab

StoryLab is a web-based visual story and social media carousel editor operated by VOKVI from Indonesia. These Terms govern access to storyevery.day and the StoryLab application. Paddle.com acts as merchant of record for paid subscriptions and processes checkout, billing, applicable taxes, and payment-related customer support.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country.

3. Trial and subscription

StoryLab Pro is offered for USD 10 per month and may include a three-day trial as shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or current billing period, the subscription renews automatically using the payment method provided to Paddle. The final price, currency, taxes, trial terms, and renewal date are shown in Paddle Checkout before purchase.

You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

4. User content and AI processing

You retain ownership of photographs, text, and other content you upload. You grant StoryLab a limited permission to host, process, resize, and transmit that content only to operate the service, save projects at your request, generate AI-assisted output, and provide support.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use uploaded content. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use StoryLab to violate law or third-party rights; upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; bypass usage limits; scrape or disrupt the service; or use the service to harm others.

6. Intellectual property

StoryLab software, interface, branding, and original site materials belong to VOKVI or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted access.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep StoryLab available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, AI models, allowances, and prices may change. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law before they take effect.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using StoryLab and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, StoryLab is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss caused by content you publish or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
